Banana fritters

300g self raising flour
120g grated coconut
10 bananas (mashed)
4 eggs
250g sugar
a pinch of salt
2 cups thick santan from half a coconut.

Beat sugar and eggs until creamy,then add in all the rest of the ingredients.
Heat the cooking oil and drop a few spoonful of the batter,fry until golden brown.
