150 g cooking oil
450 g onions
80 g garlic
40 g ginger
6 sticks of lemongrass
20 g galangal
10 g tumeric leaves
5 g limau purut leaves
80 g chili boh
30g fresh chilies
20 g tumeric powder
2 coconuts santan
20 g sugar
salt to taste.
Cut and blender all the ingredients except the two leaves are for garnishing.
Heatup the wok and stir fry all the sauce.
Add in the beef.Lastly pouring in the cream coconut milk.
