Beef burgers and kebab

450g minced beef
1 egg yolk
1 onion chopped
50g chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp chopped chilies or sauce
salt and pepper

Mix all and divide into burger pieces or beef balls for noodle soups.

kebab:

750 g lamb cut 3 in strips
275 g natural yoghurt
1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

or you can change the marinade using:
santan
soy sauce
grated ginger
ground tumeric
ground cumin

or marinate the beef cuts with:
olive oil
lemon juice
crushed garlic
chilli powder
garam masala
cumin powder

or Teriyaki beef kebabs:
marinate with soy sauce
garlic oil
ginger and sugar
