1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp plain flour
5 pandan leaves(blender and strained)
Mix all into a dough.Divide into little balls.Each ball has palm sugar filling.
Put these balls into boiling water until floating.
Strain and roll in the grated coconut.
Santan pudding:
100g pure thick santan
3/4 cup santan + a pinch of salt
1 packet of agar agar powder 11g
850 ml water
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites (beat until fluffy)
Boil and dissolve the sugar and agar agar.
Lastly add in santan and the egg whites.
pandan paste and green colouring can also be added so that it forms layers when it sets and cool.
