500 g tepung gandum
2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
100 g tauge
200 ml air
150 g udang
bawang putih cincang
daun kucai
pewarna kuning
garam
Bancuh semua bahan di dalam mangkuk besar.
Goreng dalam minyak panas.
Prawn nuggets:

300 g self raising flour
80 g rice flour
1 egg
300 ml water
120 g beansprouts
150 g prawns
4 stalks of spring onions chopped
2 green chillies chopped
2 medium onions chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cups of oil for deep frying.
Heat 2 cups of oil in a wok.Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl.
spoon the batter into the oil.Deep fry until golden brown.
Eat with sweet vinegar chilli sauce.
