Marinate for 4 hours or overnight with:-
2 big spoons of tomato sauce
1 spoon of sugar
1 spoon of soya sauce
1 spoon of oyster sauce
1 spoon of minced ginger
a few drops of seseme seed oil
1 big spoon of freshly crushed black pepper seeds
3 spoons of cookin oil.
Daging perap ini di goreng tumis atau di panggang hingga lembut dan masak.
Hias dengan daun salad dan nenas.
Atau bersama brocolli(kobis bunga hijau).
