Martabak dan roti canai

Bahan martabak:
3 cups plain white flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup lukewarm water

Knead all the ingredients at least for 10 mins.
Divide into little balls.Use little oil so the balls won't stick together.
Leave at least 1 hour.Then flatten it to dry fry.
Eat with curry sauce.

Roti canai:
600g flour
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ghee
1 egg
sugar to taste

Form into small balls and keep over night.
Flatten and stretch thinly and dry fry on hot plate.
